Is the clean guaranteed?+
Yes. If you're not happy with how the grill looks when we're done, we come back and finish it for free.
What's included in a deep clean?+
A full teardown (grates, flavor bars, burners, drip trays), deep scrape of carbon buildup, degrease, unclogged burner ports, polished exterior, and reassembly so it heats evenly again and is safe.
How often should I have my BBQ cleaned?+
Once or twice a year for most homes. That keeps grease buildup off, prevents rust, and keeps it cooking the way it should. At the BARE MINIMUM, a grill should be cleaned every other year.
How long does a grill cleaning take?+
Anywhere from 2-5 hours, dependent on grill size and complexity. Our technicians have seen every type of BBQ imaginable and are trained to get every grill looking great again!
Can you clean any type of grill?+
Yes. Gas, charcoal, or electric, we adjust the process and products to your grill’s materials so nothing gets damaged.
Do I need to be home?+
Nope. As long as we can reach the BBQ, electricity, and a hose, you don't need to be there. Most customers leave the gate open and get before/after photos by text.
Do you cover all of Vancouver?+
Yes. Shaughnessy and Kerrisdale on the west side, Point Grey and Dunbar out toward the water, Kitsilano and Arbutus Ridge across the middle, and the West End and Mount Pleasant closer in. If your neighbourhood is not in the list above, mention it when you ask for a quote and we will come to you.
When are you in Vancouver?+
We're in Vancouver full time, all season long. Book two weeks ahead and you're set.
