Shut the gas off before we arrive, propane detached or natural gas off at the valve, and leave us access to the BBQ, a hose and electricity. You don't need to be home.

Yes. If you're not happy with how the grill looks when we're done, we come back and finish it for free.
A full teardown (grates, flavor bars, burners, drip trays), deep scrape of carbon buildup, degrease, unclogged burner ports, polished exterior, and reassembly so it heats evenly again and is safe.
Once or twice a year for most homes. That keeps grease buildup off, prevents rust, and keeps it cooking the way it should. At the BARE MINIMUM, a grill should be cleaned every other year.

Nope. As long as we can reach the BBQ, electricity, and a hose, you don't need to be there. Most customers leave the gate open and get before/after photos by text.
