The role
Run a 7-figure sales team. The team you lead books Aspect's barbecue cleanings: the Administrative Coordinators, who call and book every new lead, and the Ops Coordinator, who keeps booked jobs on the schedule. You build that team before the season, train it, schedule it and coach it. And you own the numbers that decide our season: how fast new leads get a first call, how many become completed jobs, what each booking costs, and how many past customers come back.
The 7 figures are what the team books in a season. Your own pay is set out below.
You're a manager, not a booker. You'll work a few hot leads yourself, and you report to an owner.
What you'll do
- Build the team. Plan headcount and hours with an owner before the season, post the ads, interview, and recommend who we hire.
- Train it. Train every coordinator (paid) and sign off each one when they're ready to book on their own.
- Schedule it. Publish the schedule at least 7 days ahead, within the hours budget. Keep at least one trained booker on shift from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern every day from April 5 to August 29, 2027, and two at peak times from May 3 to July 31.
- Coach it. Review recorded calls every week and give each coordinator written feedback.
- Keep every lead moving. Watch routing, speed-to-lead and leads left waiting, review open leads weekly, and get an absent coordinator's leads reassigned within 24 hours.
- Run the rebook campaign to our past customers, within telemarketing, Do Not Call and anti-spam rules.
- Decide customer claims about completed jobs from the photos, notes and the technician's response, with written reasons.
- Approve exceptions within your limits: discounts above a coordinator's limit, and refunds or credits.
- Supervise the Ops Coordinator and report to the owners every week.
What we look for
- You've run a phone team. Inside sales, a booking desk, a call centre, or anything where people sell or book by phone, and you led, coached or scheduled them.
- You think in numbers. Conversion, cost per booking, hours against lead volume.
- You pick people well and coach directly.
- You're fair. You'll decide customer claims on the evidence, and none of your pay depends on how you decide.
- You fix gaps early. You'd rather add hours on Monday than explain missed leads on Friday.
Requirements
- Legally entitled to work in Canada for the whole term
- Available from March 1 to August 29, 2027, about 40 hours a week over 5 days, including some evenings and weekends. No minimum hours are guaranteed. Reduced hours are possible in March and April.
- Able to work from home in Ontario
Pay
- $22.00 an hour for every hour you work, from March 1 to August 29, 2027. Overtime-eligible.
Plus a team override
- $1 for every team booking that's completed and paid, in weeks from April 5 to August 29, 2027 when 80% of new leads get a first real attempt within 60 calling minutes and none waits over 24 hours.
- Team bookings made during your term that are completed and paid after August 29, 2027, or after your last day if earlier, up to December 31, 2027, earn $1 × the share of your weeks that passed both tests.
Plus a season scorecard
- Target $2,500; range $0 to $4,000.
- Weighted: conversion (leads that become completed jobs) 50%, team cost per booking 25%, rebook rate (2026 customers who book again in 2027) 25%.
- The team-cost part pays nil if the team is staffed below 90% of the staffing rule (the weekly booking hours your agreement sets against lead volume) in more than 2 peak weeks.
- Earned if you're employed on August 29, 2027.
- Pro-rated if Aspect ends your employment earlier, other than for wilful misconduct.
- If you resign earlier, it isn't earned.
Plus ramp bounties
- $200 for each Administrative Coordinator who starts during your term, is productive by week 3 and is still employed at week 8:
- In one of their first 3 full weeks, they make at least 4 bookings, from leads routed to them, that become completed jobs by the end of their week 8.
- They're still employed at the end of their week 8.
- They were hired within the owner-approved headcount plan, and their week 8 ends by August 29, 2027.
- Earned only if you're still employed at the end of that hire's week 8.
- If Aspect ends your employment earlier, other than for wilful misconduct, it's paid if the hire meets these conditions by the end of your ESA notice period.
- If you resign earlier, it isn't earned.
Also
- 4% vacation pay.
- No booking commission or team pool for you, so you never compete with your own team.
